Used MAP gas to heat allen head bolts, thinking of taking it to tire shop.

Besides using MAP gas torch on the allen head bolts, I soaked them AGAIN in PB Blaster. I am unable to get the bolts to budge while using my braker bar. I do have an extension I can place on the breaker bar (handle for my Sears Craftsman 3 ton floor jack) but I'm going to need a friend to stand on the tire while I try to break loose the allen bolts holding the rotor to the hub using the four foot extension bar from the floor jack. I'm using a 10mm HEX BIT. I'm concerned that I may strip the allen heads. I'm thinking of taking the entire hub/rotor/tire to a tire shop and ask them to remove it using an impact wrench.
