It's my first, so please be gentle. I recently purchased an '88 560SL with 64K...and I love it! It's a second car and garage keep for for weekends and sunny days only.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to watch out for or suggested preventive steps specific to this model? |

As with any car that doesn't get driven many miles @ year, you should cut the normal service schedule in half. Also keep the tires a few pounds overinflated. Any rubber componets can fail over time so have the car inspected "under chassis" whenever the oil is changed !! You have a Great car so have fun with it.
