This is what happens when you use inferior quality on critical components.
This was after 2 weeks of installation. Though I have installed a Uro brand flex disc and strut mounts years ago > 80,000 miles ago, they are still great, this part, not so much. Enjoy a good laughter at my expense guys, I deserve this one because I knew better.

if you go to their website, they note they are an oe supplier for jaguar now. good luck with that, chuck.

Nothing like getting a reman starter in a brand new 60K vehicle. If they will sell me junk they will do it to Jag also.

Uro Reimbursement
I was able to get the company to reimburse my purchase of another center bearing (not theirs). They were really accommodating. They at first offered me a replacement part, but I declined that offer, then they offered me a refund.... I had to remind them that the part was only $9.00 , so they offered to pay me for my time and inconvenience, but I declined that also and asked that they just reimburse me for a new order. All in all, a lesson learned, good thing nothing was damaged during the failure.
