W124 Newer Style Blower Replacement

I have been reading posts and the guides on how to replace my 1993 W124 Coupe heater blower motor, however my motor is different, (see images with wiper assembly removed).

The unit is encased in a solid plastic housing which is part of the firewall, can anyone tell me how to get it out for replacement?
