Headlights

Can anyone tell me the name for those little rubber bits that are used on the headlight reflectors.
They hold the adjuster pins to reflector body etc. Mine are cracking and falling apart, no great shame to them as they are over 40 years old.
Part number if there is such a thing would be the best.
