M104 fuel pressure at the rail?
I'm getting 55PSI fuel pressure at the port on the rail.
My car is 1995 E320 and need to find the proper fuel pressure measured at the port. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

OK, thanks. I will do the volume test....maybe tomorrow if I can get away before Christmas meal.
My car cannot pass the SMOG test. At idle it is pouring out hydrocarbons at a rate of 542 PPM. At 2500 RPM is within range. I tested the CAT and I'm reading 420+ degrees at the out put and 220 degrees in. So, I'm trying to track this down before I take it back to the SMOG shop. So far I replaced the o2 sensor because it tested at .80 volts on the bench. Any ideas? |

Check the diaphragm fuel pressure regulator at the front of the rail. disconnect the vacuum line with the engine running and see if fuel drips out of the regulator.........
