w210 Wagon Driver's Seat
Hi All
I just bought a 2001 w210 4matic wagon and the driver's seat doesn't go back all the way. It also doesn't seem to have the full 10-way adjustment, particularly in the seat cushion assembly. Could this be the switch? Or may it be in the netherworld of the motors... Thanks!

I had that problem with my W124. Replacing the seat control switch cured it.

It might just need to sync. Send the seat all the way forward then hold the switch forward for another 10 seconds. See if that does it. Also check if the seat travels further with memory presets.

Thank you. I have ordered a switch (used, so no guarantees - if it doesn't work I'll order a new one) and I'll try the moving forward process and the memory presets.
