Idling problem

My 1996 E320 has a high idle. It has a fault code of P0505 which refers to the Idle Air Control Valve. My question is where is the Idle Air Control Valve located? Is it integrated with the Throttle Body? I would appreciate any information furnished. Thanks.

yes,check for plastic broken vac lines,one under plastic cover for sparkplugs.Check to make sure wires to throttle body are not rotten.
