w210 front parking lamp.....What bulb is that?

looks like it shares the high beam but the high beam works. running light is burnt out

There’s a smaller bulb below the high beam. It’s a specialized bulb seemingly only for the 210. I haven’t seen a generic or parts store equivalent. Aside from the dealer, this site and MB parts discounters sell it.

often referred to as H6W...also Sylv 64132. in rare instances (nearly always,
aftermarket) the bulb will be the same, W5W (...also Sylvania 2825) bulb used in
the front bumper corners. it appears to be commonly used as a marker bulb
