parts interchange

have new 1995 e320 wagon w124.092

also a 1991 300d w124.128

many non-wagon suspension parts look to be the same, but not front control arms, for example

the 300d has a ton of good parts to donate, looking to identify a more complete list

odds are good that someone has some experience here

you may also want to consider checking with your library. their mission has evolved with
the times (many have) and will perform some degree of online information exchange with
other libraries which have resources which they (smaller libraries) do not possess.

one of the incredible automotive manuals available is the Hollander Interchange Manual.
you look up your make/model and it will show verified model donors sharing the part.
unfortunately, Island Park isn't one which subscribes to this title...though they may be
able to identify the nearest library which does. generically, the service may be referred
to as "interlibrary loan" or some such

I went to my local library and used my cell phone to take pictures of all the interchange
information for my car. it took hours and several visits but well worth the time down
the road.

I may be able to assist but the turnaround time is more like weeks instead of a day or
so, given the distance I'd have to drive and set aside the time.

The 91 has a different front clip than the wagon and the sedan shouldn't have SLS in the rear which the wagon may. The wagon isn't a 4 matic is it? I know those front suspension parts are different but I thought all RWD front suspensions were the same design. Most the forward interior should be interchangeable.

Are you parting out the diesel? I'd be interested in the diff.
