2015 SL400 turn signal sporadic operation

Has anyone seen any issues with the combination switch on the SL400 application? I got called about one that every now and then it works and then sometimes it does not work. I'm trying to get him to bring car by to check for any fault codes but before he does I was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue.
