1997 e320 problems

My 97 sunroof interior lights windows and windshield wiper turn signals are not working. Central locking not working either. Seems like no power for any of them. Any ideas or suggestions for repair? Is if the fuse panel, control module, a relay?

this isn't an easy keyboard fix. quite a flow chart to process. the appliances are both
electrically controlled as well as pneumatic...and they're all over the radar so it really
requires someone to begin narrowing down what has been checked first. naturally, the
easiest would be to check each fuse associated and verify for continuity (not just visual).
then, check for water intrusion under the rear seat (signs of water, corrosion, moisture
etc as that is an electrical-target-rich environment

The central lock pump is under the rear seat, it acts like a rudimentary SAM for some functions too. There is also a large fuse box, there. Check for damage.
