Want to replace cloth door trim
The cloth door trim that goes around the door openings in my car -- 1985 190E 2.3 8 valve -- is looking really ratty and faded from the sun. It's an upholstered piece (one for each door) that matches the color of the interior, in my case creme beige.
I've seen in other messages that some have dyed the trim back to the original color, but I think I would prefer to replace it. Anybody have any ideas on where I can find replacements? |

Have you checked with your dealer, if so how much$$???
Please keep us updated. I could stand to replace mine as well. Mike McKinney

HHMMMMMMm
I suspect that you have a euro car. Do you have manual windows as well?

Hmm, not sure if it's a Euro car. The speedo is in miles, and everything in the car is in English (other than the stuff that's in German, of course!). I think the car was brought from the US, as M-B didn't sell directly in Peru in 1985, I have been told.
I have power windows all around. |

Actually, I would be thrilled if someone could tell us the part number for this thing. Anybody??
