Questions About New A250

I just bought a 2020 A250, and I was hoping that forum members could solve a few problems for me.

First, I use the car during the summer to carry beach chairs and other things to and from the beach. So I leave both back seats down.

Consequently, my dash now shows the warning message "Rear right backrest not latched." Although I assumed that there had to be some way to disable the message, I was wrong. Evidently, Mercedes engineers didn't consider the possibility that people wanted to drive with the backrests down.

My question is: if I close the latch manually -- say, by using a steel nipple with the same diameter as the bracket in the backrest -- is there any reason why the releasing handle in the trunk wouldn't open the latch?

Second, is there some way to permanently disable the mechanism that automatically locks the doors when the car starts to move?

Last but not least, is there some way to permanently disable the economy idling feature?

Thanks very much in advance for any help anyone here can give me.
