ticking engine on passenger side

I have some ticking on my s500 '95 it looks like right side of engine. Do you thing could bee Lifters, rocker arms, chain rails or maybe camshaft please help. Someone can give me part # for this parts so I can check in fast line or even any pictures from cd. Can’t get anything by part description. If someone has cd for s500 '95 please let me know? Thank you
