vacuum lines
I need a diagram to track down and replace under hood vacuum lines for climate control. Mine are old and cracked, some spliced with aftermarket rubber hoses, etc. Need to check to make sure they're all hooked up right before replacing them.
My car is 1984 190D 2.2L engine, A/C, 5 speed, 288K miles. Thanks in advance. |

although i know what you're saying to speak in ANY other language than english is rude, insensitive and disrespectful of all who frequent this forum and most importantly to those who created this site

Since my only slavic language is russian, although I'm of Italian descent, I had trouble understanding the slavic (polish???) message in your reply. How 'bout a translation? Cpaciba.

try this link.they talk about diesels but you may find something to help.i wouldn't think there would be too many lines UNDER hood for climate control and it shouldn't matter-gas or diesel

No, . . . not from Yugos.
Thanks for the link. . . .it was very informative and will give me a place to start. I think I'll only need to replace the brittle and leaky hoses, one-by-one under a shade tree. The phantom heater comes on and off at will, etc. I think its from leaks galore!!! I had this problem once before and a hose has become disconnected from a "T". They're all in such bad shape now, and I want this car running correctly without pending repairs before the cold weather hits. Thanks again. |
