Brand New Mercedes 722.3 trans problems

I just installed a brand new from Mercedes 722.3 transmission.

I cannot feel the shifts at all. It flairs for a few seconds from 2nd to 3rd.

First thing in the morning on my slight incline in my driveway it creeps up the hill. If I did it in reverse it flies up.

It seems to be shifting into 4 at about 30mph. Manually shifting it works fine. Reverse is strong.

I have adjusted the vcv valve as well as the bowden cable to factory spec.

I do not know the modulating pressure.

Any help would be appreciated.
