Question R12 or 134a in a 1990 190E 2.6?

I have a 1990 190e 2.6. Does it use r12 or 134a? I checked under the hood and could not tell. Thanks.

I have a 1991 190e, it has R12. The way to tell, if you can, is the type of fill fittings, they are specific to each type of freon.

Jim,

Thanks for the info. I think I need a charge to the system as it's not blowing really cool.
