Where to set throttle valve stop?

Happy Fourth!

Where is the correct resting position for the throttle valve. There are two similar size vertical holes and and smaller one in line with the lower hole. Is the throttle plate set between the two holes? Thanks. It`s off a 190e 16V that I got fed up with chasing vacuum leaks and pulled the injection.

I got tired of chasing a vacuum leak and puuled the whole injection oof. Maybe I should just add a set of sidedrafts and be done with it!

BTW, there are some wear marks from the butterfly rubbing on the bore near the shaft and some in/out play with the shaft. Is this normal?
