w 210 question???

question?? im getting a small amount of exhaust fumes in my 2000 mercedes e 320 mostly on start up, and its seen like its coming from the drivers side, any ideals where it could be coming from i really appreciate it thank you.

check for rust intrusion into the passenger compartment. likely a small exhaust leak in the forward part of the exhaust.

The first place to look would probably be the seams around the catalytic converters, then follow the pipes up to the exhaust manifold. Of course a rust hole should be found or maybe even a rubber grommet that has been knocked out of whack.
