Need help in replacing camshaft

I am replacing my camshaft on my M103 engine during my rebuild right now because the lobes were a bit chipped up. Do I need to replace the bearings and the rocker arms too?

No, there are actually some really good aftermarket cams for this engine. The one thing I do change with this is all of the lifters. They are not really expensive and, since you are there, throw them in for noise free operation.

Any turbo cams that you know of. I am going to be turboing the engine and I was just going to stay with the stock cam. Any better recomendations for minimal overlap and not so high duration?
