The spec is 115 nm OR about 80 ftlbs, of course MB suggests new bolts!

What does "nm" mean in torque specs? And is there a converison table to foot pounds for us Americans, as I see that measurement all over in the Service CD and have no idea how much to torque the particular bolts. Thanks.

N-m is a Newton-meter. One N-m equals .738 ft-lbs. So, if it calls for 40 N-m, that would be ~30 ft-lbs.

Just a little FYI regarding converting tirque numbers. To convert "inch" pounds to foot pounds, divide the inch pounds by 12. To convert foot pounds to inch pounds, multiply by 12. My Craftsman torque wrench has both Nm and foot lbs markings.
