W204 Air Intake Tube

2013 W204 C250 M271.
I remove the air intake tube to make space to install a new alternator. Now I am unable to reconnect the tube to the pipe at the turbo end.
There's really no room to get a solid grip for a nice big push.
Anyone have an idea of how to get it reconnected?
Thanks

Thanks nulu! That worked but with some additional steps.
On first try the heat and grease didn't work so I removed the air filter housing cover to give that end of the tube more space. Then with a Dremel I beveled the leading edge of the ridge inside the tube, cleaned it, heated it, lubed it, and was able to wiggle it into place.
Thanks again.
