95 E300D front brakes

At 100k having replaced rotors at 65k, now again shuddering with braking. Rotors again??

First, is this normal life for this equipment.. our 87 300D @200K seems to never need rotors..only twice and recently was second.

Second, I want to do this work myself. Can someone send me the disassembly proceedure, for the front caliper, or an expolded view??

This forum has been most helpful to me,and I sincerely appreciate the excellent responses in the past.
