my 88 190e 2.3 8v shudders whenever I am in D but stopped @ a light. it doesn't happen all the time but is getting more frequent. it ussually happens when the car is warm and has been running on the freeway for a while. my mechanic has tried changing sparks, and other items in scheduled maintainance, but it's still here. is this an engine issue or like an exhaust thing. the shudder is not continous, just like a sec or so, but it does happen more than once. i am trying to find out what it is cos if it is likely a serious thing then i need to sell the car or something cos i've spent a lot on this car and cant afford to fix another biug ticket item thanks for your help
