190E belt adj. procedure

Does anyone have the procedure to adjust an '87 190E 2.3 serpentine belt?

Loosen 1/4 or 1/2 counter clokwise the horizontal (main) bolt which hold the unit, then tighten (turn) the vertical adjusting bolt to specified belt tension mark pointed on arrow. (Do not over-tighten, it get's break easily). Lastly,Re-tighten the horizontal bolt.
