Window regulator replacement

Anybody out there replaced the regulator on their W124 coupe or convertible? Mine is going to go soon. Wondering what difficulties you've run into and whether you have recommendations on where to get the regulator. One online parts store has the regulator for $108. Maybe not out of line with other vendors, but always looking for a deal. Thanks.
