Bowden Cable-1999, C280 Remote Throttle
Is there a Bowden Cable on a drive by wire C280 - V6. I was looking for ways to adjust the tranny shifting patterns and speed.
Anyone out there with experience with this model and the Throttle Position Sensor? Thanks, Jeff |

Doesn't have one. All shift sequences are commanded by computer. And, as far as I know, there is no way to reprogram shift patterns.

Your transmission is driver adaptive, just in case you were unaware. It adjusts to your driving style.

I guess the computer does not recognize Touring Car race mode.
It's a shame, but the tranny is so slow to shift, I swear I could count to 2 before it finnally does something. Jeff |
