W124 om606 cooling problem

Hi, I swapped a om606 in my w124 with original 250diesel in it. So put all together but now filled the coolant and drove but it blow out some coulant from the little hose under the cap. Also the radiator is cold. Is there air in the system or is the waterpump broken or something ?
