Rear Window dash cam - which one to buy?

OK, I have a Vantop rear view mirror dash cam up front, it has taken some getting used to but seems to be working well.

I need a rear facing dash cam for the rear window of the car. I am considering the Cobra 220C dash cam:

I am also considering a GoPro although I don't know which model GoPro would be the best for a rear window. any input or advice is appreciated...

I personally say there is nothing better than putting real time eyes where you are going. I watched the first video and saw an immediate flaw. You can set how frequently it takes pictures and some of those settings were delayed by almost a third of a second. That means if you are using it and it is clear and then a kid runs in your reaction time can be delayed by as much as a third of a second. That third of a second delay could cause you to hit them. Or maybe you were going to hit them either way but that third of a second means you hit them that much harder/worse. Technology is great but do not over rely on it. Remember to always use real data when possible.
