I have two pieces of trim on my 1986 300E that are loose or coming loose. I can see that there are clips that hold these on. What is the proper way to re-attach the moulding to the clips? Catch the top edge of the rail and snap the bottom or vice versa?

Is the lower door moulding......just remove the screw (one) at end of moulding remove moulding replace new clips catch clips from the button and snap moulding in place... put screw back. have fun. ------------------ MB STARS Master Guild Technician,12 years MB tech 5 years independent shop owner |
