Reading wiring diagram: have a question
In trying to locate a wiring problem, I know how to decypher wire colors.
What does the number, located in wire lines, before the color, like battery to starter, 3 5 s w , mean? And how do I know what guage the wires are? Help is appreciated!! Debbie |

The 3.5 next to the color code is the size of the wire in mm.

The sw means schwarz whitch is German for black.

Ah ha!
Oh, I see I missed a decimal!! The numbers are the size of the wire! Thank you very much!!
Is there any way to know how long the wire is? Should I buy in "bulk" or how do I tell how long an individual wire is? Again, Thanks!! |
