Updated information. Just pulled scan code P1137 code on 96 C280. Information from mitchell indicates that this code is set when "Oxygen Sensor G3/1 circuit, short circuit" This appears to be specific to the oxygen sensor after the cat converter.

Other information received from members indicate that this may be a lean condition detected by the after cat sensor.
