Help removing rear door panel on 210.

I need to replace the right rear window regulator on my '98 E320. I have a few parts off and a few screws out but it is not obvious how to remove the door panel.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, I found a thread that had the answer. Man that pink plastic is brittle. Any problems replacing it with regular plasic and some duct tape?
