Need help removing both front seats. Does the bottom tracks come out with the seats? 1989 420sel

Yes, there are two bolts in the front and two in the rear. 10 mm if I recall. Don't disconnect the wiring until after you have taken out the bolts because you have to move the seat full forward and then back (or visa versa) to gain access. Then detach the electricals.

Once done, the seat belt latch (inboard) that is attached to a sliding piece that has to come out by carefully sliding the seat as far forward as possible. The seats are heavy, sometimes a helping hand will help avoid marring the interior or door jam parts taking it out.
