How do I repair a broken oil pressure sensing line? 83 240D

I was changing engines recently on my 83 240D and I took one engine out without disconnecting the line that runs from the oil pressure sensor to the base of the oil filter tower. The line snapped cleanly right at he threaded connector that goes into the base of the oil filter tower.

How do I fix this? It sure is embarassing.

I agree. Not worth the risk considering a new one isn't that expensive.
