300D radiator leak

are there two rubber radiator drains at the bottom of the 300 D radiator? do these need to be replaced regularly? what exactly are they called?

What year?
I don't think there are two drains. I always drain mine by popping the lower radiator hose off. It drains fine that way. I'm wondering if you are mistaking the "positioning pins" for drains.

In the center of the Drivers side alignment pin is also the drain for the radiator, phillips head plug, mine broke off awhile ago, sealed it up with epoxy. The other side is just an alignment pin. You may have a leak on your lower tank where it seals to the radiator core.

Hope that helps!

it is leaking slowly from both sides.....just wondering if I should try to bring it somewhere and get it recored or try a DIY new install. How hard is a new install?

Buy the radiator and mounting kit? Is that all that is needed? Thanks for all the help!
