Please describe replacement of control arm bushings for front of my '97 E420

Please describe replacement of control arm bushings for front of my '97 E420

Is this something I can do myself if I have a floor jack/ towers? Can someone describe the procedure? Are any special tools needed? I suppose an alignment is required afterwards.
