300D looping
I have a 1985 300D that normally runs great. When I use the cruise and it catches the engine will stay at the determined speed but has began to act as if it were a gas engine missing. Without the cruise it runs just fine. Sometimes the cruise will not engage at all.
Thanks for any help. Elder jvpray@aol.com |

I had to look it up! (http://www.m-w.com/home.htm) Loping ....
Is your speedo running OK? The cruise picks up a signal there. Check your engine mounts also. If your engine is moving too much on its mounts, it will influence the throttle linkage. So this happen more when going over bumps and undulations in the road? (Theres a word for ya) haasman
