M.B. DOC Fluids Used

M.B. DOC

In one of your replies, I read were you stated you use synthetic fluids in your autos for the last ten years.
What brand's do you use in the various components on your cars, such as transmission, engine, rear axle, power steering, and do you use a synthetic brake fluid?
And how often do you change each of the fluids?
Appreciate all you do and the knowledge you provide, Thanks timreid, enjoy your drive

I use 0W-40 lubri-moly(fully synthetic) oil in all of my family cars & trucks including the race car.
In my old 280E that I auto-crossed 6 years ago I used Mobil 1 15w-50.
On the race car (16V) I use Red-line MTL in the trans & Redline Heavy shockproof 85W-140 in the rear diff.
I also use ATE type 200 brake fluid OR ATE blue. I switch every year between the 2 as they are the same except the color.
I also use MB GERMAN factory Blue antifreeze with redline water-wetter.
Change oil & brake fluid every race! Other fluids every year.
