Wiring Harness

Hello Everyone!! Well I just got done dealing with the MB dealership and after alot of discussion with the service manager they sold me the wiring harness for $180.00, that was with the "goodwill" from Mercedes Benz and they are letting me install it......however my question arises....are the new harness' any better than the old ones, or will it be expected for me to replace it again in 100k miles or so?

PS...if you have not already done so still complain to the NHSTA if you have had a wiring harness problem!
