Folding mirror motor problem?

On my 95 S320, I've noticed lately that when I press the button to fold in or out the outside mirrors, the driver's side mirror operates a lot slower than the passenger side, and sounds a little weak.

I've sprayed some silicone lubricant on the visible part of the gears when the mirrors were folded but it makes no difference.

Is this a sign of impending failure? Is there anything I can/should do to prevent problems or lubricate the works?

Thanks much

Not much you can do, try a little penetrating oil on the hinge when its folded.
