450sl/1973 rough idle

My car stars with a loud and rough idle ,runs this way for about 4-6minutes then she smooths out. This happens every time. I only drive her about once a week and usually not more than 10 miles. After she is painted next month I do plan to let the rubber meet the road. Any suggestions ,I've had the plugs,wires, cap,coil and thermostat replaced within the last 2 months.thanks
