1994 S320 Throttle Actuator

I have searched and searched for 'Throttle Actuator' posts, and have found many, but none that tell where it is or how to replace it. Can someone provide this information to me for my 1994 S320?

PS: I would like to give kudos to the folks on this site. Since discovering it, I have:

1. Replaced my door check strap, with the help of the following post showing how to remove my door panel: W140 Door Panel Removal

2. Replaced my A/C-Heater blower with help from the post:
W140 Blower Motor Replace
