Strange gauge on 500SEC
I found this 1988 500SEC for sale and looked at the attached pictures. In one of the pictures I saw a gauge that I've never seen before. Anyone knows what it is??

I've got one on my 420. There are good pictures of it here.
Just in case you are not able to read German, it calculates the following: Upper left ZEIT=TIME; Lower left GESCHW. (short for Geschwindigkeit)=SPEED; Lower right VERBR. (short for Verbrauch)=literal translation is use, like use of fuel, so fuel economy (in liters/100KM); and upper right WEG, literal translation is way, as in the way you went, so it reads distance. And as you can see, the whole dash was reconfigured. The tach went to the left side, the fuel gauge went to the bottom, the economy gauge was sacrificed and the clock resides under the speedo in digital form.
