Jacking?

Has anyone had experience using the jack pads for a 107 chassis? The part number is 123 589 1163 00 and are shown on the service cd. They look like they stay on the car, as MB recommends four, and are used with a floor jack. Do they work and would this be a good safe way to jack the car without damage?

Thanks,

BD

I can almost tell what kind of shoes you were wearing taking one of those pictures because the paint on your car is so beautiful. Awesome. Can't help you with the question though!

I don't know about your particular car, but my 2000 230 K has 4 jackpads ( hard rubber pads, just inside of the rocker panels ).
Works great, 4 pumps & I can take the tires off.
