SRS Light - 97 E-320

Sometime After wireing up a few Tvs...and other Audio/Video components, My "SRS" Airbag light came on and stays on all the time. Im not sure if this has anything to do with the add-on components. Couldn't find a fuse for the airbag either. I did blow a fuse for my RADIO. Can anyone help?
