E300 turbodiesel 1999 W210 100k service
My '99 E300 turbodiesel is going in on Monday, 4/14 for its 100k mile service by my independent, expert mechanic. I started doing business with him a while back when the local dealership service appointment lead time went to 12 weeks !
The car has 99,500 miles on it and my extended premium MBUSA warranty is good to 100k. Any recommendations on things to check in addition to "normal" 100k mile service requirements ? There are no apparent problems. All seems well. Whatever my mechanic finds in addition to the routine maintenance will be referred to the dealer service dept. Thanks for the suggestions! Things I've replaced at over 65,000 include the Mass Air Flow Sensor, all the glow plugs and the motor for the passenger front seat. A rear window motor died at ~45,000, also. Dash board cracks are common with this car as well as motor mounts (?) too. I love mine though.

Glad to hear your E300 is doing well. Ours had nothing but problems.
Sometimes a failing MAS will store some codes without lighting the CE light. (Or so I was told) You should have the car scanned for codes just to make sure nothing is stored. We went though two sets of glow plugs...
