This should be real simple, but I cannot figure out how to remove the front seats in my 1975 280S. I found the back bolts holding the seat to the floorboard, but cannot locate the front bolts. Where are they hidden at?
thanks |

Slide the seat all the way to the rear and you will see them. They could be under some plastic trim.

Thanks, found the bolts. Didn't realize that the seat adjustment on the door side moved the other part of the rail. Now that I replaced the front seats I have run into another problem - the seat belt latches are a different size. Do I need to remove the seats again to remove the belt latch and put the old ones back or is there another way?
