A/C Vents

The center vents on my 190e after 10 to 20 minutes stop blowing.
If I shut off the car and restart it it comes on again. It blows out the sides just fine. I also have a customer with a 300e that does the same thing. Must be a vacuum problem in one of the valves or diaphrams?
